Our San Diego School (Deutsche Schule San Diego) is a member of the German-American School Association of Southern California. We have been teaching German on Saturday mornings to children in San Diego for over 50 years!
The German-American School Association of Southern California, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation, founded in 1954. The Association is dedicated to the teaching of the German language and operates eleven schools throughout Southern California for children ages 4 through 16. All schools promote German literature, music, culture and the traditional festivals of German speaking countries.
Classes are available to all students with the skills and desire to master the German language. A significant number of our students hear and/or speak German at home. Others hear and/or speak another language besides English. Students come from many different communities in the greater San Diego area, including North County and Temecula.
